StepCare started from a simple observation — care teams work under enormous pressure, and the documentation burden makes that worse. We build tools that help carers record what is happening in the moment, communicate clearly across language differences, and keep families in the loop without interrupting care delivery.
What we believe
Documentation should support the people delivering care, not compete with their time. When important information lives in someone's memory or an informal chat, the organisation inherits risk and the care team inherits exhaustion. We think there is a better way to handle the communication layer between carers, coordinators, and the wider support network.
How we work with organisations
We start small — one workflow, one team, one pilot. We do not try to replace your existing clinical records, rostering, or billing systems. StepCare sits in the layer between those systems and the moment care actually happens. We stay close during rollouts and focus on outcomes that matter to your team, not just metrics that look good on a dashboard.
